Bedford Laboratories began in 1993 as a division of Ben Venue Laboratories.
As a corporation, we have grown to more than 1,400 employees strong. Bedford also leverages the strength and resources of our parent company, Boehringer Ingelheim, who acquired Ben Venue/Bedford Laboratories in 1997.
