Topotecan is AP Bioequivalent to the reference listed drug Hycamtin® (topotecan HCl) for injection by GlaxoSmithKline. Topotecan Hydrochloride for Injection is indicated for the treatment of metastic carcinoma of the ovary after failure of initial of subsequent chemotherapy. Additionally, this product is used to treat small lung cancer. It is used in combination with cisplatin to treat cancer of the cervix, which cannot be treated with surgery or radiation therapy. Bedford Laboratories™ Topotecan Hydrochloride for Injection, 4 mg (base)/vial is sold singly and is Latex Free, UPC Bar Coded nad Preservative Free.
